HOW TO MAKE KETO COFFEE RECIPE

Hey babes, guess what? Today I am super excited to kickoff Health Wednesday and the very first post is all the details about my new obsession with KETO-COFFEE!! Since adding Keto Coffee back to my diet in just 2 weeks I have lost 3lbs.

Honestly, I’ve have never been a BIG coffee drinker but it seems like every time I’m on a health path coffee seems to always be a part of my daily diet. I’m a tea girl. But science has shown that coffee has a vast number of health benefits. One, coffee is rich in antioxidants, which can defend the body against the harmful effects of free radicals that can bring about various illnesses. So in a way coffee does help with more than keeping us up and ready to take on our workdays.

What is Keto-Coffee?

HOW TO MAKE KETO COFFEE STEP BY STEP +RECIPE

Keto-Coffee is pretty much black coffee that has fats added to it. Yes, FAT. IF You ever heard of the Keto-diet which is a strict low-carb high-fat diet then you have heard of Keto Coffee, which is also known as BulletProof coffee. I actually have tried the Keto-Diet before and the Keto-Coffee was what I enjoyed the most. It’s surprisingly delicious and I remember having a whole of energy reason why I decided to incorporate it into my current diet to help me lose weight.

When you eat a lot of carbs your body breaks it down to glucose, which is the main source of energy. When it comes to Keto, we are taking way fewer carbs and our body burns its current fat. SOOOOOOO, adding more fats to my coffee forced me to fast because it keeps me full and increased my energy.

What’s in it?

  • Cup of Coffee
  • Tbsp of Butter
  • Tbsp of Coconut oil

How to make the Keto Coffee

Honestly, I just make my regular cup of black coffee, add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of coconut oil. But I do notice the oil does sit on top of the mug so I have to keep mixing it as I drink it because oil and water just don’t mix. Personally I like my coffee black but you are welcome to add some type of sweetener.

But if you are not as lazy as I am;

  • Make a cup of coffee
  • Pour the coffee into a blender
  • Add the butter
  • Add the coconut oil
  • blend until the coffee it’s smooth & creamy
  • Stir & drink
  • & enjoy

And my friends, that’s how you make Keto coffee 😉

I also created a cute little recipe card for you to share with your Pinterest besties and let me know on the gram HERE how you like it or not.
