Hey darlings, HAPPY Wednesday, It’s time for post 2 of FITNESS WEEK!!!!! And today we are talking about WORKOUT CLOTHES!! Cute workout clothes for everyday women to be exact and I got my trainer Emel of I am Enough Fitness to shoot with me because we both LIVE in our workout clothes!!!!
I have very veryyy long days so personally I loveeee workout clothes I can pretty much run my WHOLE life in. From seeing clients, have lunch with the girls, attend meetings, run errands literally anything and everything on my calendar for the day! So finding workout clothes that’s practical, cute and kind of don’t look like actual workout clothes.
Emel is a personal trainer so she likes workout clothes that are, of course, easy to move in, she loves jackets that she’s able to take off and work in whatever cute sports bra she’s wearing under so a great secure sports bra is very important to her! Emel also spends ALL day in her workout clothes so fabric and style are also super important to her!!
Sooooooo, where do we go for these cute, practical, workout clothes for everyday women like ourselves??? First, both of our looks are from my favorite store, New York& Company! And while I wouldn’t say they are my main go-to for workout clothes but they definitely have CUTEEEE workout clothes that don’t look like workout clothes!! Like this Loved & Blessed matching set, I’m wearing. I was able to run a full day in the set!! And then they also have sets like the Blue and Black set Emel is email is wearing. My main go-to’s for more practical workout clothes for everyday women are actually Fabletics and Target

Because first, its TARGET and I love to be able to stop by a local store and try on CUTE fun workout clothes!! They also have an impressive big collection of stylish prints and top quality fabric!! I go to Target for their Sportbras and cute tops. I’m top heavy so I need a lot of support and protection. The Medium Impact is my section but the High Impact support option is a GENIUS idea for women with even heavier top than me!! I prefer to stop by my local Target and find the PERFECT fit!!!
