Hey darlings, GUESS WHAT??? It’s FITNESS week!!! And to kick off fitness week I decided to share my 2020 fitness plan! And yes, I am on the New Year New Me wave, because that’s how we actually get better, by trying!! But this year I am doing more than trying with my health, I am taking care of ME.

One thing for sure health is wealth and having a proper balanced diet and a regular exercise routine is crucial. And while I STRUGGLEEEEE to find a fitness plan that works for me year after year I decided 2020 I’m switching things up a bit. I’m taking my health and fitness into my own hands and come up with a fitness plan that will help to keep me healthy, happy and in shape. Yes, happy, I need apart of my fitness plan to be ALL about FUN.

Let’s dive into my fitness plan and yes, you are more than welcome to use my fitness plan as inspiration to come up with YOUR own fitness plan!

Priiincesss 2020 Fitness Plan

First, let’s talk about what I’m doing new this year. Every month I’m taking up something NEW. This month I’m taking up SPINNING! I’ve been to a Spin class once so I figured I’ll try it for 3 weeks 2-3x per week to see how I like it. I will be taking up dance classes, yoga classes, boxing, HIIT classes, etc. And of course each month I will do a full fitness recap on the blog so you guys will know exactly what I try each month and my progress.

More new things: I found this AMAZING App call Better Me that I’m using to track my progress and it also create a training routine for me. It has a lot of easy workouts that I can do at home with no equipment along with how much water I should be drinking per day, weekly meal plans. The app is pretty much my on the go fitness trainer. No, it’s not free, it’s actually $49 a year but you can try it for free for 3 days. I tried it, loved it and bought it!!!

Ok, now let’s talk about what I’m keeping from last year: RUNNING!! I am sooooo excited to get back to RUNNING!!! I am back running a 5k every single month and my first 10k in JULY!!! Meaning, I am also back to training weekly. I’ve added running 2x a week to my fitness routine and hopefully, I’ll be in great shape a lot quicker by July!!!!

Sooooo, my official 2020 Fitness Plan is:

  • Workout 4-5x a week-
  • Run 2x per week
  • Take 2 fitness classes per week
  • Go on my weekly walks with the bestie

And there you have it, my official 2020 fitness plan!! On Wednesday I will be sharing my go-to stores for cute and practical workout clothes, then on Friday I will be sharing MY MEALS!!! I’m doing a Juice/Smoothies detox this week so I will incorporate some of my favorites recipes and some of the meals from the Better Me app!!!

You guys know I am a sucker for ALL things cute and yes, I will do a full detailed post of where I buy my workout clothes and how I like my workout clothes on WEDNESDAY. But this entire look is from Marshalls!! And these leggings are my favorite, they are super comfy and make my butt looks BIG, lol.

These pictures are mad OLD. I took them over a year ago with my boo Kay of Moments with MK and I’m just now using them, lol. They are perfect for this post and I do look a little bigger now but for the most part, I look exactly the same. My hair is the same, I use still use the same makeup artist and I still live in my workout clothes!!
