3 Day Green Juice Cleanse Plan

Spring is right around the corner, it’s time to reset and it’s the perfect time to embark on a 3 day green juice cleanse. A 3 Day Green Juice Cleanse can be a great way to reset your digestive system, replenish your body with nutrients, and flush out toxins. This cleanse involves drinking fresh green juices and lots of water while refraining from solid foods. Below is a suggested plan for your cleanse. Let’s get into it.


You 3 Day Green Juice Cleanse Plan

Day 1: The Reset

Morning (8 am – 9 am)

  • Warm water with lemon to kickstart your metabolism.

  • Green Juice 1:
  • 2 Cups Kale,
  • 2 Cups spinach
  • 4 Green apples
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Inch of ginger.

Mid-morning (11 am)

  • Green Juice 2:
  • 2 Romain Lettuce
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 4 green apples
  • Parsley
  • 1/2 Lime

Lunch (1 pm – 2 pm)

  • Green Juice 3:
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Pears
  • 4 Red apples
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon

Afternoon Snack (4 pm)

  • Cups of fruits
  • or Steamed veggies
  • or have more lunch juice if feeling hungry
  • and lots of water.

Dinner (7 pm – 8 pm)

  • Green Juice 4:
  • 2 Cups kale
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 green apples
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 lime.

Before Bed (9 pm- 10 pm)

  • Drink a cup of dandelion tea to support liver function throughout the night.
  • or Herbal tea (optional) to wind down the day.

Day 2: The Deepening

Morning (8 am – 9 am)

  • Warm water with lemon to kickstart your metabolism.

  • Green Juice 1:
  • 2 Cups of spinach
  • 1 Romain lettuce
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 4 Green apples
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Inch ginger

Mid-morning (11 am)

  • 3 cups Swiss chard
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 pears

Lunch (1 pm – 2 pm)

  • Green Juice 3:
  • 3 Cups spinach
  • 1 Lime peeled
  • 4 Green apples
  • 1/2 cantaloupe

Afternoon Snack (4 pm)

  • Cups of fruits
  • or Steamed veggies
  • or have more lunch juice if feeling hungry

Dinner (7 pm – 8 pm)

  • Green Juice 4:
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Green apples
  • 2 Red apples
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Herbal tea if desired.

Before Bed

  • A cup of chamomile or peppermint tea to promote a restful sleep.
  • or Herbal tea (optional) to wind down the day.

Day 3: The Renewal

Morning (8 am – 9 am)

  • 1 Lime

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • and a sprig of mint.

  • 3 Cups of kale

  • 4 Kiwis
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 inch Ginger

Lunch (1 pm – 2 pm)

  • A small amount of cilantro
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 Green Apples
  • 2 Pears
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 lemon

Afternoon Snack (4 pm)

  • Cups of fruits
  • or Steamed veggies
  • or have more lunch juice if feeling hungry
  • and lots of water.
  • Green Juice 4: Green apple, cucumber, lime, and Swiss chard.

Dinner (7 pm – 8 pm)

  • Green Juice 4:
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Broccoli/stems
  • 2 Cups of kale
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 green appls
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Inch ginger
  • An herbal tea of your choice.

Before Bed

  • Your choice of soothing tea such as valerian root for optimal sleep.
  • or Herbal tea (optional) to wind down the day.

Tips for a Successful Cleanse:
