Meet the Creator of the 8-Week Weight Loss Challenge

Hey love, I’m Priiincesss, blogger, mama, wife, wellness coach, and the creator of the 8-Week Glow Up Weight Loss Challenge.

This plan was born from one of the hardest seasons of my life.
After having my baby, I struggled with postpartum depression, low energy, and a body I didn’t recognize. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and no matter what I tried, the weight just wouldn’t budge.

I knew I wanted to feel good again. Not just look better, but feel strong, clear-minded, and confident.

So I created a plan.
A real plan.
One that didn’t require hours at the gym or cutting everything I loved out of my life. I started walking 10,000+ steps every day. I focused on high-protein meals that kept me full and energized. I added fresh juices, smoothies, and protein shakes. And most importantly, I gave myself grace, while still showing up with discipline.

Over time, I started to feel like ME again.
I built muscle, lost over 20lbs, healed chronic constipation, balanced my hormones, and slowly pulled myself out of that postpartum fog.
