Going out with friends usually involves a dinner and drinks. We all have fell victim to times where we were a bit naughty with our calorie intake. But now is not the time for any slip ups- we have bikini goals! Here are some survival tips for this summer to keep that bawdy sha-poppin.

Having a good time with your friends doesn’t have to steer you into relapsing on your commitment to your bawdy goals. There are some very promising tactics you can take to manipulate your way to keeping your snatchness. A stern understanding of commitment and balance can transform your will power for the good of your accomplishments. Try doing these top tips and tricks to get the most out of your werk-out regiment.

THE KEY TO STAYING ON TOP OF YOUR BAWDY :

  1. Control your indulging: avoid eating the entire restaurant portions. save half for later
  2. Limit the grease: avoid greasy, fried, and fattening foods. Limit the starches (breads, chips, and potatoes
  3. Get your meals in: Consume a healthy snack or meal before going out with friends so you don’t feel “famished.”
  4. Drink your water: Stay Hydrated! Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. If the temperature is scorching, double it! Drinking a cup of coffee or tea per day is okay, especially when consumed plain sense it has no calories. When drinking coffee or tea, try to keep sugar, milk, or creams to a limit. Try replacing sugar and artificial sweeteners with stevia, and cream or half-and-half with skim or low fat milk.
  5. Stay away from dangerous desserts: fight the sugar urge. stay clear of calorie-aiding desserts for 14 days straight!
