HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE CORONAVIRUS
THE NUMBER ONE QUESTION I’M SEEING ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE CORONAVIRUS?
Personally I like to be a part of the solution and while the world is panicking about the CoronaVirus I would like to personally share my home remedy to Boosting my Immnue System and some quick reminders.
In terms of self-protection and containing the virus, it is very important to continue to wash our hands frequently with soap, of course cover our faces with a tissue or elbow when coughing or sneezing, as well as taking extra measures to boosting our Immune systems.
How to Protect Yourself from the CoronaVirus?
I recently got back from Florida and when I got home early in the week I was feeling like I’m coming down with a cold and my boyfriend suggested I make this lemon Immune booster Tea and I was feelling better within hours. And if you guys know anything about me by now you know I am a sharer. So figured I’ll share the recipe with you guys so you too can give it a try and calmely stay on top of the CoronaVirus outbreak.
The tea is super easy to make, literally 4 ingredients and a few quick and easy steps.
What’s in it?
- Lemon
- 100% Honey
- Peppermint
- Water
How to make it?
- Slice the lemon into round circles
- Place them in a small pot
- Add water, add as much as you want
- Boil the water for about 10 minutes
- Pour it into your favorite coffee mug
- Add 2 peppermints
- Add about 1-2 teaspoon of 100% Honey
- Stir until the honey is fully melted
- And enjoy ;)
