#Teampriiincesss is back with our third New York & Company Style Challenge of the year!!! This month’s style challenge features this red off-the-shoulder jacket from the 7th Avenue Collection. This jacket features faux-tortoise buttons that complement a vivid red/orange background. It also has a self-tie belt that completes the look as a waist-defining detail. It’s super sexy and chic. Plus, as you can see below, it’s very versatile. We all dressed it up, but I can definitely see myself rocking this jacket with a pair of denim jeans as well. Check out our looks below!

With March being Women’s History Month, we thought that it was only right for us to give you some #bossbabe looks! Nelle started us off by pairing her jacket with this edgy faux leather skirt. You can never go wrong with a leather skirt; and as you can see, Nelle did that!!!! Her look is still sleek though, with a little sexy on the side!

Dani

I wanted to create a look that I could wear to the office. So I paired my jacket with a sleek pair of black dress pants and my favorite heeled sandals. This is definitely a look that I can take straight from the office to happy hour.

Priiincesss

Now of course our girl Priiincesss had to give us something different! She did that! She paired her jacket with this gorgeous pink tulle skirt, and a cute pair of leopard print booties! I love this look! It’s the perfect combination of pieces that will transition you from Winter to Spring.
