5 THINGS I’M MANIFESTING IN 2020

Every single year I create a LONGGG list of goals or I’ve created a vision board of a bunch of magazine cutouts. And honestly, NOTHING on ANY of my old vision boards have come to fruition. Well, this year I’m doing things completely differently. I am MANIFESTING my goals. And here are the 4 goals I will be manifesting in 2020.

Purchase 2 Rental Properties: One to rent out and one to go on Airbnb. I am scheduled to close on my house 2nd week of January and as soon as I close I am moving on to purchasing my first rental property, then by close of the year my 2nd rental property. So by December 31st, 2020 I will have 3 properties. My home and 2 investments.

6 Cities Stock Photos Tour: I absolutely LOVE creating the stock photos and in 2020 my goal is to really bring them to life. Tell a story while creating beautiful content of happy black women living life, loving and working! Content that my black boss babes can use to showcase their products/services!!! My goal is to pick my cities based on a major event I want to attend, create stock photos, blog content, see clients and enjoy the city.

New York And Company Partnership: If you know anything about me, you know I am OBSESSED with New York and Company and in 2020 I will land a major partnership with the brand. I will create my own Everyday Girl Campaign. My photographer/bestie @xlshoot will shoot the campaign, I will edit the photos, create a lookbook to go on the blog. I will include my team; Nelle, Dani, and my travel buddy/cousin Tash!! I will bring in Arielle/Shani to do our makeup!!

Back to HAWAII: I am going back to Hawaii for my 2020 birthday!! By the end of 2021, I will have a rental property in Hawaii so my goal is to visit all the islands so I’ll know where to purchase my rental property!! +Hawaii is beautiful and it’s slowly becoming my vacation home!!

Spend Christmas in Paris: I will kickass ALL 2020, I will be CONSISTENT, I will show up DAILY and I will manifest EVERY SINGLE THING ON THIS LIST and then I am closing the year ins PARIS to celebrate my accomplishments!!! Paris has been on my dream vacation list for YEARS so 2020 PARIS will be a dream come true. I will go to Paris for Christmas and also celebrate New Years there.
