HOW TO CREATE PINTEREST CONTENT
Like every social media platform, you should be creating original content for each platform. While you will be doing a lot of repining on Pinterest you should also be creating ORIGINAL content to drive traffic back to your blog, website, and or products. Here’s what I do.
My System
- First I spend the last week of each month looking at my boards and come up with a content list that will fit in most of my boards. Based on the current seasons, trends, and current events. When I created this post it was ALL about Fall. Fall fashion, bold colors, prints, and Fall nails fall everything so I planned a whole lot of FALL CONTENT.
- Then I would start creating looks that will fit into my boards perfectly. For example, I have a Dresses For Every Occasion board. So I created some collages, and multiple Pinterest infographics to go with each and every blog post. I created this post in this stunning FashionNova dress with my boards in mind. It will go into most of the boards.
- Then each day as I share the content on the blog I share the infographic on the New On The Blog board, and the Pinterest Tips board then I use Tailwind to schedule 3-4 pictures to go into other related boards throughout the week/month.
About the look: I definitely
Dress: FashionNova
Hat: SunGrubbies
