HEALTH AND FITNESS NO EXCUSES JOURNEY

Like most women, I simply can’t keep my weight in check, its always been up and down. And of course, I always over do it with a different type of diet every week or every month. But the one thing that always works for me when I stick to it is “Brian I Can Fitness and their Bootcamp class. I mean, the last time I did it I lost over 15lbs.

So yes, I am back in Bootcamp. It’s been 3 months, I finally got a schedule working for me, I’m now on top of my daily diet, drinking nothing but water, surprisingly I cut down my alcohol intake and I’m still working on a consistent sleeping routine but hey, progress.

Even though I’ve made ALL these changes, I finally get it, I’m done getting on diets and I am making this healthy journey a lifestyle. I know it won’t be easy but I do hope to live a long happy healthy fabulous life!!

And oh, I’m sharing this because I need YOU, my amazing readers, followers, friends, and fans help hold me accountable. I will make sure I keep you updated via social media as well as doing a post on here every couple of months or so.
