When I started my juicing Journey I started with a 7 Day Fat Burning Challenge and on my 1st official Juicing Anniversary, I want to share the exact 7 day fat burning challenge with you. And hope it changes your life the way it changed my life.

It’s pretty simple, I had a Fat Belly Burning Juice for 7 days twice a day and I lost 7lbs. And since then I’ve lost over 40lbs and I am in the best shape and health of my entire adult life.

  1. Replace 2 meals with the fat-burning juice for 7 days.
  2. Drink it once in the morning on an empty stomach
  3. Drink it again in the evening as dinner
  4. Drink lots of water in between
  5. And get lots of rest

Again the key is to drink it TWICE A DAY. Once in the morning on an empty stomach and once in the evening as dinner. Drink lots of water and get lots of rest.

The Recipe

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1/2 Ginger Root
  • 1 Bunch of Kales

Instructions

  • Peel a pineapple
  • Put the pineapple peels into a pot.
  • Add 2 cups of water
  • Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
  • Strain and allow it to cool down
  • Peel & cut and the lemon and oranges
  • Cut everything into pieces
  • Blend everything with the pineapple peel-boiled water
  • Blend until super smooth & strain if you don’t mind the pulp
  • -Pour into glass & drink up.
  • If using a COLD-PRESSED JUICER you only need to peel the oranges and lemons.
  • No water is needed.
  • And peeling the pineapple is optional.
