Guess what?? It is the very last day of Fitness Week and I decided to do things a little differently. Instead of sharing my meals, I decided to share my favorite fresh juice recipe. Figured I’ll do a full week of meals later in the month or early next month.

I don’t know if you guys remember sometime last year I did a 10-day juicing challenge. During the challenge, I fell in love with my morning juice. And I’ve been making it every week to kick off my day! Every morning I drink a small jar and mannnn, I feel GREAT!!! I have more energy, it boosts my immune system, my skin is looking better and better, ANDDDD It’s absolutely DELICIOUS!!

So today, I am sharing my recipe and the step by step on how to make it. I personally make it every three days and drink it every single morning.

How to make fresh juice every morning, without actually making it each and every morning??

What do you need?

Juicer

First, you will need a great juicer; I’m currently using the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juicer, I got it from Walmart during the challenge and honestly, it’s a great juicer to start with but I am ready to upgrade. I’ve been stalking the Breville Juice Fountain Cold Plus on Amazon and I will definitely be replacing the Hamilton, SOON.

Fruits, of course

And now the ingredients: To make 3 days’ worth of juice you will need a bag of oranges, a bag of apples, about 4-5 lemons, and a root of ginger.

I normally make 3 big mason jars which are equal to 6 small mason jars. 3 for me and 3 for Kirkland. I’ll double everything but for a mall jar, you need about 2-3 oranges, 2-3 apples, half of a lemon, and a piece of ginger. Ginger is super strong so if you are not a big fan of the ginger I suggest an even smaller piece. Peel the oranges, and the lemons, cut up the apples and the ginger and put everything in the juicer and juice away.

When done seal the mason jars, wash the jars off, and put them in the fridge. Fruits normally last 3 days or so, meaning the juice will be good for 3 days. So drink them up and make a new batch every 3 days!!!
