I’m a strong advocate of investing in your business. There are multiple software, programs, and systems I use on a consistent basis, some of which are paid and some of which are free. There are quite a few I know that I can’t live without. Today’s blog is all about the 5 tools entrepreneurs can’t live without. These are critical to the success of my own personal brand and could be beneficial to yours as well. These entrepreneur tools will help you get far in your business.

Canva

The first entrepreneur tools I like to use is Canva. Canva is all about content creations. It’s through Canva that I’ve created flyers, workbooks, social media graphics, and even online courses. Have you ever heard the saying “It’s so easy a toddler could do it.”? I am the toddler in this case, and I can easily create anything I need directly in Canva. I pay the monthly fee so that I can download transparent images and easily resize, however Canva offers a free version that works just as well.

SheBoldStock

I LOVE, let me repeat LOVE SheBoldStock. I have used her stock photos since I started. She sends out free monthly stock photos, but I pay $25 a month for unlimited stock photos, branding templates, logos, and so much more. Jasmine, the owner of SheBoldStock creates content for all avenues of business owners. She has fitness, foodie, office, personal branding, coaching, and so much more in regards to stock photos. I even used one of her templates to create my highest paid value add ever.

Acuity

All of my appointments are created via Acuity. It’s an easy way to track availability, allow my clients to reschedule as needed, and work directly with my existing calendar via my iphone. Acuity sends me reminders 24 hours and 15 minutes before every session, as well as a weekly reminder of all events upcoming. It keeps me accountable.

WPForms

I use surveys and questionnaires a lot more than I’d like to admit, however it keeps things running smoothly. My intake form is hosted directly though my website. This keeps my brand on everything and prevents having to continuously outsource. WPForms creates a seamless intake form process. I don’t only use it for intake forms, I also use it on m landing pages to gather information, and even my contact forms. WPForms is one WordPress plug in that accomplishes it all.

WaveApps

All about that money honey. Everybody wants to be able to manage her money. You need to be able to keep track of your money, how much comes in, how much goes out, what you’re spending it on. I love WaveApps for that. It’s FREE and has the same functionality as Quickbook. At the end of every month, I go in an complete my reconciliation to my bank statement, and ensure everything aligns.

I use quite a few more systems on a daily basis, but these are the 5 tools entrepreneurs can’t live without and are a large part of how I maintain my brand and my business. Do you have any entrepreneur tools that you want to add? Sound off in the comments.
