I have 3 new green juices for you and this week it’s 3 Green Juice Recipe for Weight Loss!!

Like I’ve said before, green juices are packed with nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. These nutrients can support overall gut function help detox the body and get rid of water and waste.

Let’s get into these 3 Green Juice Recipes…

1: The Classic Cleanse

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of kale
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 green apple
  • 1 Lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 stalks of celery

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the vegetables and the green apple thoroughly.
  2. Cut the celery, apples & pineapple into slices that fit your juicer.
  3. Juice everything using your cold-pressed juicer
  4. Stir well and pour into a glass to enjoy immediately.
  5. If storing for later, use airtight glass jars.

2: The Minty Fresh

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of spinach
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • 4 green apples
  • 4 red apples
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of ginger

Instructions:

  1. Clean all ingredients thoroughly. Make sure to especially rinse the spinach and mint leaves to remove any dirt.
  2. Cut the apples to fit into your juicer.
  3. Juice everything using your cold-pressed juicer
  4. Stir well and pour into a glass to enjoy immediately.
  5. If storing for later, use airtight glass jars.

3: The Spicy Greens

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of mixed greens (kale, spinach, swiss chard)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 pears
  • 4 red apples
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 inch of ginger

Instructions:

  1. Wash all greens and vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Cut all fruits and vegetables into pieces to fit into your juicer.
  3. Juice everything using your cold-pressed juicer
  4. Stir well and pour into a glass to enjoy immediately.
  5. If storing for later, use airtight glass jars.
