This year, we’re walking into summer hydrated, glowing, energized, and PAID.

Let’s be real: It’s easy to go into summer in survival mode—just trying to keep up, chasing goals without structure, and feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate.

But what if this summer felt different?
What if you:

  • Woke up energized and excited about your day
  • Felt confident in your skin, glowing from the inside out
  • Had a consistent daily flow of income from your digital products or offers
  • Actually had a plan that you could follow (and stick to)

That’s what this Summer Game Plan is all about: structure with freedomsimple but powerful habits, and showing up daily in your body AND your business.

Your 5-Step Summer Health & Wealth Glow Plan

1. Drink a Minimum of 60oz of Water Daily

Let’s start simple.
Water is not just a “healthy habit”—it’s essential for every function in your body. It helps you:

  • Fight fatigue
  • Improve skin clarity
  • Support digestion
  • Boost metabolism

Start your day with a tall glass before your coffee, and set reminders if needed. My trick? Keep a pretty water bottle on hand at all times and flavor it with lemon, mint, or cucumber for a spa-like vibe.

Mini goal: Finish 60oz before 6PM, and you’re golden.

2. Drink Fresh Juice Every Morning

Every. Single. Morning.
Starting your day with fresh juice is one of the best ways to flood your body with nutrients, improve digestion, and naturally suppress cravings.

One of my favorite combos?

  • 1 Pineapple,
  • 2 oranges
  • 2-inch ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 green apples

This juice recipe supports your liver, cleanses your gut, helps reduce bloat, AND gives you that natural glow everyone’s always talking about.

3. Walk 10,000 Steps Per Day 🚶🏾‍♀️

You don’t need to kill yourself in the gym every single day.
Walking is underrated and it’s one of the most effective, sustainable ways to lose weight, tone your body, and boost your mental health.

Whether you walk outside, around your home, on a treadmill, or during errands, aim to move for 60-90 minutes a day, total.

Pro tip: Put on a podcast, call a friend, or push the stroller around the park. Let walking become your daily self-care time.

Remember: Consistency > Intensity. Every step counts.


4. Cut Back on Alcohol (Even Just Weekdays!)

I’m not saying you can’t have a cute summer cocktail here and there—but if you want to feel light, clear-headed, and energized, you’ve got to cut back.

Alcohol adds:

  • Extra bloat
  • More sugar
  • Sleep disruption
  • Lower discipline

Try a weekend-only rule or replace your drink with a juicy mocktail. You’d be surprised how good a watermelon mint spritzer hits on a warm night!

5. Promote One Offer Every Single Day

Let’s get into the money. 💰
There is no glow-up if your bank account is still stressing you out.

Every single day, pick an offer (your digital product, affiliate link, juice guide, freebie funnel, etc.) and promote it intentionally on Instagram, Threads, your blog, your email list, wherever you show up.

Use ChatGPT to help you create fun captions, Reels ideas, and email content to show up with confidence and consistency.
