HEALTH & FITNESS: BEST RUNNERS FOODS
Oh hey, darlings, HAPPY FRIDAY, and happy SEPTEMBER!!! Today we are talking HEALTH AND FITNESS!!!! As you guys already know I have been RUNNING, yes I am an official RUNNER!! And every runner needs a healthy yummy diet. What are some of the best runners foods? Mixed salads, fruits, lots of protein, whole grains, healthy fats, oats, plenty of dairy and lots lots lots of WATER.
And these are just some of things I have personally added to my daily diet…
MIXED SALADS– I make very colorful salads and wraps with a few different veggies and lots of beans. I do add a little bit of Thousand Island dressings, because that’s the only dressing I actually like…
PROTEIN-: I’m now buying BROWN eggs. And really trying to create different things, not just the boring morning breakfast. I add them to my salads, some mornings I’ll boil them, add them to my Whole Wheat English Muffins, avocado, and black pepper…
HEALTHY FATS & WHOLEGRAIN- I Only get Whole wheat bread and add avocado on EVERYTHING..
MIXED BERRIES- I always love berries so I use them for my smoothies, yogurt, on top of my whole wheat waffles, oatmeal and also eat them like that…
YOGURT- I always love yogurt as well- but next week I will be getting plain yogurt so I can create more things with it…
OAT- On top of oatmeals I get any healthy snacks that have OATS in it…
BANANAS– I love bananas and I get create endless of snacks with them. I put them in my smoothies, eat them with peanut butter, on my wheat-thins and much more…
MILK-Â A lot of runners drink whole milk for calcium but I’m sticking to my Almond and coconut milk…
