You are replacing 2 meals and all snacks with watermelon juice.

  1. Start by making 3 gallons of watermelon juice for the 1st 3 days and make a fresh batch every 3 days. Or feel free to make up to 5 gallons of watermelon juice and freeze 2.
  2. Breakfast: Start your day with a glass of water followed by 32oz of watermelon juice to hydrate and energize your body. Continue to drink watermelon juice and water if feeling hungry.
  3. Enjoy a delicious Balanced Lunch. Or if prefer breakfast Combine your morning juice with a protein-rich breakfast like eggs or Greek yogurt to help keep you full. but be mindful that for the next 10 days, you are only having one meal per day.
  4. Mindful Snacking: Swap out sugary snacks for a glass of watermelon juice or a slice of watermelon in the afternoon. or a delicious fruit salad.
  5. Dinner: More juice or if choose to have dinner instead of lunch I also suggest having a meal with lean protein, whole grains, and plenty of vegetables. Add watermelon juice as a refreshing drink. If you choose to have dinner instead of lunch I highly suggest not eating after 7 pm.
  6. Exercise: Keep it light. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day to help create a calorie deficit.
  7. Cost Under $30. Most watermelons are under $10. Go to your local farmers market get a seeded watermelon juice and make juices. You can make juices for 3 days at a time of make enough juices for all 10 days and freeze half.
  8. Unlimited Juices: Drink as much juices as you want.
