The gut microbiome is a diverse community
of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microbes residing in your gastrointestinal tract. This intricate ecosystem influences various aspects
of your health, including digestion, nutrient absorption, immune response, and even
mood regulation.

THE SEPTEMBER GUT HEALTH CHALLENGE

My challenge for you this month is to Limit Processed Foods and processed Sugar:

Processed foods and excessive processed sugar intake can negatively impact your gut health by promoting the growth of harmful bacteria.
And cause health concerns. Most people are bloated, constipated, and unable to lose weight because of a lack of gut health.

I get comments often from you guys saying I can’t have juices because it has too much sugar, I’m diabetic, I have high blood pressure, etc….. I promise you fresh juice is not the problem. The processed foods and drinks you consume daily are what’s causing your health issues. Take inventory of what you eat within a 24-hour period. And replace everything you eat with delicious fresh and whole food and see how you feel and look in less than 30 days.

 Try This

-Start your day with 32oz of juice and 16oz of water.
-When you feel hungry enjoy a delicious filling meal.
The goal is not to not eat, it’s to consume good delicious
filling meals and less junk and processed foods.
Throughout your day continue to enjoy delicious clean snacks,
lunch, and dinner. The best way to avoid processed and sugary foods is to eat fresh
foods. Fresh veggies, fruits. Whole foods.
Create a weekly meal plan for yourself and prep your meals ahead to make this challenge
a little easier.

*My goal for you is to replace your breakfast with juices but if
you feel like you want to replace dinner instead that’s fine but don’t replace lunch because
lunch is the meal you have the most opportunities to burn off throughout the day based on your schedule.
*And oh, ALSO remove sodas, junk food, and fast food completely from your diet for a month.

As someone who’s been suffering from constipation for years, I know exactly what it’s like to be bloated constipated, and just uncomfortable. The reason why within the last year or so I have dedicated a big part of my time to learning all about gut health. And I also decided to create more juices focusing on gut health. So it makes sense for my first monthly challenge to be a Gut Health Challenge. The goal of this gut health challenge is to help remove the toxins and waste from your body, improve your digestive health, jumpstart your weight loss journey, and finally take full control of your life.

MORE JUICES

3

Please be mindful all of my recipes are created using the Nama J2 Cold Pressed Juicer. And the Nama does give more juice than most juicers. Most of my recipes give up to 32oz of juice. But some recipes might give more or less based on the size of the produce and or the juices you are using.
