FLEX FRIDAY- GREEN LIFE- GO VEGAN OR NAH?
Meals– Lunch and dinner are tons of greens…
GREEN of Choice– Kale is becoming a top fave. I add it to EVERYTHING, inducing my smoothies.
GREEN SMOOTHIES– TRUE LOVE … I always do 2 servings fruits and 1 serving of Greens
FRUITY SNACKS… Apples, Tangerines, Bananas and Pineapple rule my days.

Hey babes, happy happy happy FRIDAY, Flex Friday to be exact!!!
as always I’m super PUMPED about the weekend, even though I’ll be woking the ENTIRE weekend (gotta get my coins) I’m still SUPER excited and hopefully the weather act right, lol…
And about the Green Life Post- I know I’ve mentioned my 25 Day Fruits and Veggies Cleanse like a 100++++ time already, but you guys I’m really enjoying it and truly learning little healthy tricks and tips. I’m cooking AND eat a lot more.
But I’m enjoying the Green Life so much I’m actually thinking of going VEGAN, yes VEGAN, (CRAZY) I know. But If I do decided to go Vegan it will be after the Holidays, beginning of 2016.
My current diet consist of lots of spring mix, spinach, KALE, mushrooms, veggie wraps, beans, green smoothies, apples, tangerines, bananas and AVOCADOS. I put avocado on almost EVERYTHING and I do take my daily B12 and One a Day and of course drinks lots lots of water (with lemon and cucumbers). I’m still looking for tasty yogurt made with soy milk and I do need to order a Vegan Cookbook but that will come if I do decide to the make the MAJOR decision to go VEGAN.
