I am excited to be back with another Juice of the Week, and this week’s recipe is called FALL BLOOMS! Over the weekend, I attended a wonderful Women’s Retreat,  named the Bloom Women’s Retreat. It was truly beautiful and incredibly inspiring, motivating me to create a juice recipe that embodies the spirit of BLOOMING. This recipe is not only delicious but also easy to prepare.
The focus this month is gut health and weight loss, so each produce is picked with that in mind. Let’s dive into the recipe and explore the benefits of each fruit and vegetable included. I invite you to join me in juicing together every week!
Impact of Diet:
What you eat significantly affects gut health. Diets high in processed foods and artificial sugar can negatively impact gut bacteria, and fermented foods, natural foods and prebiotic foods can improve gut health by providing beneficial bacteria and feeding them. Maintaining gut health is essential for overall well-being!
Eat a Diverse Diet: Incorporate a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Different foods promote a diverse microbiome, which is beneficial for gut health.

Fall Juice Recipe for Gut Health & Immunity
Juice of the Week: Fall BloomsÂ
Ingredients:
- 2 Pomegranates *De-seeded
- 6 Apple, wash and sliced
- 1 Lemon *Peeled
- 1 Inch of ginger
Instructions:
- Wash everything well.
- Peel the lemon
- Deseed the pomegranates
- Add everything to your cold-pressed juicer.
- Juice the ingredients
- Pour in your glass jars, add ice, and enjoy.
- If you need to save for later use these airtight jars.Â

Pomegranates are low in calories and fat but high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Benefits include antioxidants, heart health, urinary health, exercise endurance, and so much more

Apples help with weight loss because they are low in calories and high in fiber, which can help you feel full and reduce your overall calorie intake.
Benefits of Ginger
Ginger is not just for delicious tea. Gingerol, is a natural component of ginger root, benefits gastrointestinal motility. The rate at which food exits the stomach and continues along the digestive process. Consuming ginger encourages efficient digestion, so food doesn’t linger as long in the gut.
Benefits of LemonsÂ
Vitamin C: Lemons are a great source of vitamin C, which can help your immune system fight infection and bacteria. It is also rich in soluble fiber that helps reduce appetite and regulate the intestines.Â
