Elle Johnson Company Skincare Review
Skin care line you need
Summer is officially over!! I know we are sad but with that comes
This summer I found a black-owned skincare company and let me be the first to tell you, this is a gem. One that you need, and I am not lying. The company is called Elle Johnson and I am in love. I have skin that pretends to be sensitive, it’s oily in some spots, and dry in others. I am very selective of the things that I use. Because my skin behaves like sensitive skin but is actually a combination.
While scrolling on Instagram I came across The Elle Johnson Company. Sis, when I clicked on the CEO of the company I was taken aback by her beauty. Elle Johnson looked amazing as her product sounded. Her motto is simple “botanical based luxury skincare.” Yet what shocked me, even more, was that this company has been around for two years and I knew nothing of it. This is why social media can be a great thing. It has the power to connect you with an audience that may have never known about you. Instagram and Facebook are really good at that with their listening technology as well. (Did you catch my shade. lol)
No time to waste
Of course, I wasted no time visiting the site to see what she offered. There were so many options that I immediately became overwhelmed. Soon, that feeling of anxiety was put to rest when I discovered her sample box. I ordered the sample kit , which is currently sold out.
The box came with four items; Chamomile Facial Wash, Jojoba Moisturizer, Sugar Rush Facial Polish, and Supreme Cream Facial Serum. The Chamomile Facial Wash cleansed my face and didn’t leave it harsh dry. Then I followed with the Jojoba moisturizer when placed on my skin reverted my face back to its pre-puberty softness. Lastly, I used the scrub on my exfoliate days. And I felt like I peeled off old skin for new skin to emerge. The serum worked perfectly well after the scrub.
Congratulations!!!
Now funny enough a few weeks ago they did a giveaway and guess who won? Me!! I received a free Full-size Pumpkin Enzyme Mask. Yay Me!!! and I have now used it twice. I will say, they did not lie when she said tingling on the skin would occur. Oh boy, I felt like I placed a mint on my skin and it was its job. However, my skin felt tight and renewed
I can’t wait to get more items and give you guys an update. Until then grab something and remember to share your experience with us.
