As every single week I am super excited to feature yet another fabulous Black Owned Business, and this week it’s TEA TIME!!! I am definitely a tea girl. I start my day with tea AND end my day with TEA. So of course I am super excited to introduce Hands of Sage, an Atlanta based Herbal Tea Company.

About the Brand
Hands of Sage was created and owned by Taeneka Brooks, a Certified Natural Health Professional, Master Herbalist, Philanthropist, Mompreneur
Since the beginning of time and throughout history, natural and herbal remedies have been used to promote health and overall well being. Hands of Sage owner, Taeneka ‘Sage Goddess’ Brooks, Nature’s Sunshine distributor, has studied under Dr. Akua Gray at A Life of Peace Wellness Institute. Additionally she has become a Certified Natural Health Professional and Master Herbalist. Over time she began using her knowledge to help her family members with their varying ailments. After great success Ms. Brooks chose to pursue work as an Herbalist at The Herb & Vitamin Depot of Hiram, Ga. In the shop she assists customers on an ongoing basis; helping to educate each person on the historical use(s) of natural supplements and becoming familiar with cutting edge methods and techniques of healthy living.
It’s Tea Time
When Taeneka and I were talking about this collaboration and she asked me what kind of tea I wanted, I told her I wake up at 6am every morning, I workout at 6:30 am and start my work day by 7:30am. Based on my lifestyle and routine the Master Herbalist sent me the Morning Blush!!! It’s focuses on Energy and Wellness. So I get all the energy I need to kick off my day and the calm I need to relax as I close my day.
