This Pregnant Barbie went to see Barbie earlier in the week and wants to share her Barbie The Movie review!

Barbie The Movie Review

I have not done a movie review in YEARS, but unless you have been living under a rock Barbie has taken over our summer and painted it pink with the marketing and release of the new Barbie Movie by Mattel. Of course, as a big Barbie fan, I and some of my friends went to see the movie and it was EXCEPTIONAL. And without any spoilers, I want to do a full review of what I personally think of the movie.

My Personal Barbie The Movie Review

10/10 for me for sure. The movie was AMAZING. It was FUNNY, entertaining, and surprisingly covered a lot of serious women’s issues. Which also makes sense, Barbie was the first doll to enter our world as a grown woman. We didn’t need to baby her. She had her own dream house, dream car, and endless of career opportunities and options over the years. It goes without saying Barbie is one of the best movies of the year. Barbie was for sure a great time, definitely highly recommended. Grab your girls and go check it out. And no, this Barbie movie is not a children’s movie. It’s rated PG13 and I do not recommend taking children under 13 to see it. In fact, leave the kids at home, and make it a fun girls’ night out.

  • Barbie suffers a crisis that leads her to question her world and her existence.

Barbie The Movie Review

Ok, that’s it for my personal Barbie The Movie Review and before we get into some fun Barbie facts let’s talk about me as a Pregnant Barbie real quick. I think it’s safe to say I had a total Barbie Moment during this fun Barbie Movie Era and I loved ALL of my pink looks. I got to show off my baby bump and my true obsession with ALL things PINK. I actually shot this look in mid-June and my belly is much bigger now.

The set is from Shein and you can check it out here. It comes in 3 other colors. The orange is definitely eye-catching and I can’t wait to buy it too but I’m going to wait until after I give birth to see how my body adjusts.
