Hey love, HAPPY FRIDAY and welcome back to another FashionFriday and stock market talk! And this week I am SUPERRRR excited to talk about the schedule APPLE STOCK SPLIT!

YES BABE, APPLE IS TO SCHEDULED TO DO IT’S 5TH STOCK SPLIT THIS MONTH!

What does that mean? GREAT QUESTION. Well a few days ago Apple announced its 5th stock split in its history, and Apple stock price is currently at $434. Apple shared that this stock split would allow it to “appeal to a broader base of investors.” Meaning the move will be appealing to investors who have a difficult time buying a stock that high, aka ME.

What is the split? On August 24, people who are already investors of Apple will receive three additional shares for every one share they owned, meaning the stock price would be divided by four, bringing it closer to $100.

Split Dates: Each Apple investor at the close of business on August 24, 2020 will receive three additional shares for every share and trading will begin on a the adjusted split on August 31, 2020.

What to do: Ok, now, let’s discuss how to create a wealth plan around this split. I myself don’t currently own Apple Shares but my main focus this month is to take full advantage of the Apple Stock Split.

My wealth plan for apple is a minimum 1000 shares within the next 5 years. Meaning I will need to be a little more aggressive during this split. My initial plan is to buy at least 3-4 shares before the 24th and 50 shares by the 31st and continue to buy 3-4 shares every single week until I am at 1000 shares. And while I am giving myself 5 whole years to reach this goal but I know for a fact I will reach it a lot earlier.
