THE BEST WAYS TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Allergies season is HERE while we are in the middle of fighting the cononavirus. Since I’ve been home in quarantine I’ve just been creating stock photos focusing on immune health because that’s what really matter at the end of the day. So Here’s 7 ways to boost your immune system and these are foods and great things you can actually incoporate into your daily diet.

Water
Yes, make sure you are getting your daily water in take.
Water helps with carring oxygen to your body cells, which results in properly functioning systems. It also help removing toxins from the body and drinking more water will help preventing toxins from building up and help boosting your immune system.
Tumeric
I’m sure you know turmeric as a key ingredient in curries sauces. But turmerica also helps boots your immune system. And of course because of it’s deep yellow and stained effect most people use it to create home remedies/teas such as Ginger and Turmeric Hot Cider etc.
Red Bell Peppers
Girllll, if you think citrus fruits have a lot vitamin C, let’s talk about RED BELL PEPPERS!! One ounce of red bell peppers contain twice as much vitamin C as any citrus fruit. Not only does it help boosting your immune system, vitamin C also help maintain healthy skin. I’m not exactly a cook but I love stuffed peppers and they are easy to make.
Watermelon
Ok, I am not a watermelon girl, but watermelon is not just a great summer treat, its a great immune system booster food. It’s also packed with vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that our bodies need. Watermelon contains of lycopene. Lycopene gives watermelon the red color and give us a number of health benefits, including IMMUNE HEALTH. I know you only think of watermelon as a summer treat, but I would highly suggest adding watermelon to your diet year round.
Citrust
When it comes to boosting our immune system we all turn to vitamin C because it’s the quickest and easiest ways build up your immune system. We can simply add orange juice to our mornings or eat a citrust fruit. I’ve been making my Immune Booster Morning Tea and of course you can search the web for more home remedies.

Strawberries
I think by now you get the picture, vitamin C is the key to boosting your immune system. And strawberries are full of antioxidants and vitamin C, and both are great ways to tougen up the immune system and making strong and ready to handle the world.
Spinach
And last but certertainly not leasr, SPINACH!!! I personally love spinach and spinach is actually super rich in vitamin C. It’s packed with antioxidants which will increase the infection-fighting ability of our immune systems. And Spinach is super each to cook.
