  2. Chop the pineapple, apple, and cucumber into pieces that will easily fit through your juicer.
  3. Feed the spinach leaves, mint, cucumber, apple, and pineapple chunks into your juicer in that order.
  4. Stir well and serve immediately for the best taste and nutrient retention.

  • 2 cup strawberries
