1. Spinach to Apples
Ingredients:
- 3 cup fresh spinach
- 6 red apples
- 3lbs of red grapes
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1-2 inch ginger
Instructions:
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut the apples, and ginger into pieces that fit your juicer.
- Add all the ingredients to the juicer.
- Juice, pour, and enjoy!
2. Kale Krazy
Ingredients:
- 3 cups kale leaves
- 2 kiwis peeled
- 6 green apples
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 Cucumber peeled
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all ingredients.
- Peel the lime and cucumber
- Cut everything into pieces that fit your juicer.
- Add all the ingredients to the juicer.
- Juice, pour and enjoy!
3. Celery Reset
Ingredients:
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 Pineapple
- 2 romaine lettuce heads
Instructions:
- Clean all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut everything into pieces that fit your juicer.
- Add all the ingredients to the juicer.
- Juice, pour, and enjoy!
