I add avocado to EVERYTHING
These are the only apples I like
I add Kale to salads, wraps and smoothies.
I like boil corns.
Lunch will mostly be green wraps.
I add Granola to my yogurt and bananas.
Ugh, these 100 Calories Greek Yogurt are EVERYTHING!!!!

Hello Darlings, welcome to my personal Life and Style blog, it is FRIDAY and on FRIDAYS I flex because is it “Flex Friday”!!! When you work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle you earn the right to flex, weekly if not daily, lol. #TrueStory
Ok, this weeke I am flexing my 25 day Fruits and Vegetable Cleanse, in other words I will only be eating Fruits in Veggies until Thanksgiving. No meat, nor artificial sugar and no alcohol and LOTS of water. Just greens and my regular workout routine.
I stopped by my local farmers Market and picked up everything I will need for this week. It’s wrap week, so I bought all my favorite things to go in my new favorite “Garden Spinach Herb” wrap.
Gotta have my yogurt, ladies yogurt does wonder for the body. It helps eliminating all of our female problems and leave us feeling, looking and smelling AMAZING!!.
*(The Thousand Island dressings is just a lil guilty pleasure of mine.)
A part from eating clean and excise, I take one a day and b12 on a regular.
