This season of our lives is call building credit and leveraging the HECK of out it. I spent the last 4-5 years building my personal credit. I’ve raised my credit score from 420 to 700, I’m currently at 725 and the goal is 750 by the end of the year. Now that I have SLAYYYYY my personal credit it’s time to build BUSINESS CREDIT. Which is the main focus for the rest of the year. The goal is to build my business credit until December 31st because it takes about 3 months to build business credit then spend ALL 2022 using both my business and personal credit to get the funding I need to accomplish 4-5 real estate projects.

And ONE thing I know about my audience and my inner circle is that they like to know what I’m up to. Well, I’m currently applying for ANY and every credit that can guarantee me approval and possibly ZERO APR for 12-24 months to complete my first real estate projects. So of course I’ve literally been searching high and low for credits that only do a soft pull and don’t run my credit unless I accept the offer. WELL, the bestie Kirklan came across this Youtube video of 10 Soft Pull Credit Cards and sent it to me. And I kid you not, within minutes I got 3 offers from just the soft pulls. Sooooo figured I’ll share the video and hopefully you find it helpful.

Here’s what I did, I watched the entire video and as I was watching it I was taking notes of the ones I wanted to apply for and which credit bureau they use. Then I sat down and apply for all the ones I wrote down. Please keep in mind as soon as you accept the offer THEY WILL OFFICIAL RUN YOUR CREDIT. And yes, it WILL BE A HARD PULL.
