- Continuous Learning: Spend time each day learning something new, whether through books, articles, podcasts, or online courses. Millionaires are lifelong learners.
- Healthy Eating: Maintain a balanced diet to fuel their body and mind, often prepping meals in advance to avoid unhealthy choices.
