HOW TO OVERCOME LOW SELF-ESTEEM

Show compassion to yourself: We are so quick to love anyone else. Go above and beyond for the world quick to forgive every around us. But somehow forget how important it is to be gentle with ourselves. And not be so hard on us. Which is where self-compassion comes in. Provide yourself with the love you need before even expect it from anyone else. Please, remember, Self-Compassion is Self-Love.
It’s Perfectly ok to make mistakes: We are so quick to beat ourselves up for making mistakes but failed to realize that we simply can not learn if we don’t make mistakes. So instead of getting down on yourself for making mistakes simply accept every mistake as growth. Because if you are not growing, you are dying. So focus on the growth and embrace your mistakes.
Spend time with loved ones: You are not alone. Spending quality time with loved ones will give you the right amount of mental boost and remind you how much you are loved. So if you find yourself struggling with low self-esteem surround yourself with the people that makes you most happy and really enjoy their company.
