Guess whattttt????? Pinterest and Chill is BACK!!! What does that mean? It means every single Weekend we will spend an hour each day scheduling or pinning. I share tons of Pinterest Tips here on the blog and on all of my social media platforms. Andddd in this post I am doing a FULL Tailwind Review of how I personally use Tailwind to drive traffic to my blog.

What is Tailwind? Tailwind is a social media scheduling tool that Pinterest/Instagram users use to schedule their pins.

HOW I USE TAILWIND TO GROW MY BLOG TRAFFIC

How do I use Tailwind: I use Tailwind to schedule my Pinterest content and drive traffic to my blog. Like every social media, platform consistency is key. So it’s extremely important that I pin consistently throughout the day. So I create a pinning schedule for myself. My goal is to share 10-15 pins per day. But of course, I can’t sit on Pinterest all day pinning and Tailwind pretty much allows me to schedule all of my pins at once. That way I am sharing pins consistently throughout the day without having to be on Pinterest and focus on other things.

Pinterest is extremely big on FRESH PINS. So every single week I spend at least one-hour scheduling pins and creating new Pinterest graphics. So after drafting all the blog posts I switched over to Canva and create 2-3 Pinterest graphics for each post then move over to Tailwind and schedule my pins for the week.

And it’s super easy. First, make sure you signup for Tailwind HERE. Then from your account, click on Create New Pin then click on upload photos/videos, upload all of your pins, select the boards you want to share the new pins in, enter a pin title, and add a description and schedule to whatever open slots you have.

Since using Tailwind I’ve more than doubled my blog traffic, grown my Pinterest views, and my Pinterest Followers, and more than tripled my daily repins. Pinterest brings 60% of my blog traffic monthly.

Some top features of Tailwind that also helps drive traffic and make using the platform more than worth it;

Is Tailwind FREE? Tailwind is FREE. But to get the best out of the platform I highly suggest upgrading to a paid. And if use my referral link you get $15 off. Try Tailwind HERE for FREE.

I’m personally on the Advanced because I also use Pinterest to manage my Instagram pages.
